All payments in the webshop are in Euro ( € ). For international payments the exact amount is obtained by converting the price from your national currency into Euro according to the valid exchange rate.

PAYMENT – GENERAL INFO
All prices in the European territory include VAT being Andrés Marquínez Casas a VAT registered self-employed worker. You will be charged the price indicated on the product (including VAT), plus the price of shipping. Prices are subject to change at any time. I reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in prices, even if payment has already been requested or received.

CONCLUSION OF SALES CONTRACT
When browsing the contents of the webshop at www.macondotarot.com, you can select the items and add them to the cart. This action is not binding. When you are sure you want to buy the items you selected, you proceed to the order process where you enter all the information required to place an order, you confirm your agreement with the Privacy policy and Terms and conditions of the webshop, and you make the payment. The actions you performed and confirmed during the order submission process are considered to be the conclusion of the sales contract and they are binding.

SHIPPING
I ship worldwide and accept payments from customers all over the world (except). Multiple orders can be sent as one shipment. Orders will typically ship within 1-7 business days. The tracking number is available for most locations and you will receive it in your shipment confirmation e-mail.

Shipments are made through Envia.com or Packlink.com shipping providers we work with. After payment you will be sent an email with the tracking number and the postal company to track your shipment through the official website.

Orders that are shipped to countries other than Spain may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees charged by the destination country. Andrés Marquínez Casas cannot be held liable whatsoever since I have no control over these charges and I cannot predict what they may be. Delivery takes approx. 1 week for orders within Spain, 1-2 weeks for orders within EU, and up to 4 weeks for orders outside EU.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that I can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. If you provided the wrong address and the item was returned – you are responsible for covering shipping costs for a second shipping to the correct address.

If there was a delivery attempt on your address and you didn’t accept the shipment, the mailman should have left the notice where can it be picked, probably in the nearest post office within couple of days. After delivery attempt, I am no longer responsible for the arrival of the shipment.

COMPLAINTS
Andrés Marquínez Casas is responsible for any material defects of the product purchased at www.macondotarot.com and the customer has the right to send a written complaint. Please state your name, surname, address, contact, order number and description and send it to e-mail address tarotmacondo@gmail.com – info@macondotarot.com . I will respond to your complaint in writing within 7 days of receiving it.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
I hope that you will be very satisfied with what you received but if for some reason you are not, please do get in touch immediately by email at tarotmacondo@gmail.com before returning any items. Quote your full name, delivery address and order number. Upon receipt, I will contact you to arrange a refund / exchange and to organize the return.

I can only accept returns/exchanges for up to 14 days of receiving, providing the item is unused and in its original condition. You will have to cover the cost of return shipping. For exchanges, you will have to cover the cost of return shipping as well as the cost of sending the new item.

I am unable to offer a refund or exchange for items that are not received back in perfect, saleable condition, so please ensure that they are well packaged and protected before sending. When sending an item back, use a trackable shipping method so you can track the status of your return shipment and be sure the items get returned.

Items that were on sale and custom made items cannot be neither returned nor exchanged for another item.

DAMAGED / LOST ITEM
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact me if the item was damaged in transport or if you received the wrong item. I will do my best to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. However, if you think your item is lost please contact me and I will check it with my partner mailing service.

DISPUTES
If you have any complaints about my products and services, please contact me first using contact information provided below. I will gladly try to solve the problem. Another option is The Online Dispute Resolution website. It is an official website managed by the European Commission dedicated to helping consumers and traders resolve their disputes out-of-court.
